30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened essential oil bottles
  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items damaged due to misuse or missing parts not caused by our error

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@naturalzebra.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us (do not send to the manufacturer)
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
