The difference between pure essential oil and compound essential oil.

Pure essential oils are typically more potent than compound essential oils. This is because they contain a higher concentration of the active ingredients that provide the oil's therapeutic benefits. As such, pure essential oils tend to be more expensive than compound essential oils.

Compound essential oils can be more versatile than pure essential oils, as they can be blended to create custom scents and formulations tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, because they're diluted with other carrier oils.

Compound essential oils are typically less likely to cause skin irritation than pure essential oils.

When choosing between pure and compound essential oils, it's important to consider your individual needs and preferences. If you're looking for a powerful oil with a strong scent, then pure essential oil is the way to go. However, if you're looking for a more versatile oil that's less likely to cause skin irritation, then compound essential oil may be the better choice.

The quality and price of pure essential oil are much higher than compound essential oil. Usually add 3-5 drops of pure essential oil to 10ml base oil and mix it into compound essential oil.

 

1. Product purity is different.

The compound essential oil has been diluted through the ratio.  While pure essential oils are concentrated, the purity of single essential oils is 100% plant essential oils.  

 

2. The use of different methods.  

- Compound essential oils can be used directly on the skin or in conjunction with other skin care products.  

- Pure essential oils need to be diluted with a base oil before being applied to the skin or mixed with a lotion.  Usually, we add 1 minus. It can also be used in aromatherapy. Add 3-5 drops to the water in a humidifier or aromatherapy machine. For scented candles or handmade soaps, increase the amount of it.

 

3. Direct use effect is not the same.

Compound essential oils can be applied directly to the skin because they have been diluted and are less irritating.  It can help moisturize and soften skin, smooth skin wrinkles and effectively delay skin aging.  

Pure essential oil cannot be used directly on skin, because its concentration is exigent, cause bigger stimulation to skin.  Pure essential oil can be blended with different essential oils to achieve different effects, such as moisturizing and softening skin, skin whitening, anti- ageing, smoothing skin wrinkles and effectively delaying skin aging.  

Pure essential oil can be prepared according to their own requirements of their own skin care oil.

You can also add aromatherapy directly or blend different aromas with other essential oils.
